2008 sunset Section 403(b)(1) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 50 U.S.C. 1881 note) is amended by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting June 1, 2015 . Section 403(b)(2) of such Act ( Public Law 110–261 ; 122 Stat. 2474) is amended by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting June 1, 2015 . Section 404(b)(1) of such Act ( Public Law 110–261 ; 50 U.S.C. 1801 note) is amended in the paragraph heading by striking and inserting December 31, 2017 . June 1, 2015
