Nothing in this Act or an amendment made by this Act— affects any plan approved under the Indian Employment, Training and Related Services Demonstration Act of 1992 (25 U.S.C. 3401 et seq.) before the date of enactment of this Act; requires any Indian tribe or tribal organization to resubmit a plan described in paragraph (1); or modifies the effective period of any plan described in paragraph (1).
