Section 340H of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256h ) is amended by adding at the ending the following: For the purpose of expanding the program under this section, there is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for the 5-year period beginning with the fiscal year that begins not less than 1 year and not more than 2 years after the date of enactment of the Comprehensive Dental Reform Act of 2013 .
