Section 473A of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 673b ) is amended— in subsection (b)(5), by striking 2008 through 2012 and inserting 2013 through 2017 ; and in subsection (h)— in paragraph (1)(D), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 .
