Sec. 7. Treatment of balances from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund

Any remaining balances in the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund established by section 9505 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to expenditures from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund) shall remain available until expended in accordance with the requirements of subsection

(c)of that section.
