Sec. 503. Augmented compensation for dependents

Section 8110 is amended— by redesignating subsection
(b)as subsection (c); and by inserting after subsection
(a)the following: Subject to paragraph (2), augmented compensation for dependants under subsection
(c)shall not be provided. For a covered claim for total disability by an employee— the employee shall receive augmented compensation under subsection
(c)if the employee is an individual who has an exempt disability condition; and the employee shall receive augmented compensation under subsection
(c)until the date that is 3 years after the date of enactment of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 if the employee is not an employee described in clause (i). For a covered claim for partial disability by an employee, the employee shall receive augmented compensation under subsection
(c)until the date that is 3 years after the date of enactment of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 . For a claim for a permanent disability described in section 8107(a) by an employee that commenced before the date of enactment of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 , the employee shall receive augmented compensation under subsection (c). . Section 8112 is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting subsections
(b)and
(c)and before section 8138 ; by striking including augmented compensation under section 8110 of this title but ; and by striking 75 percent each place it appears and inserting 66 ; 2/3 percent by redesignating subsection
(b)as subsection (c); by inserting after subsection
(a)the following: For a covered claim for total disability by an employee, if the employee is an individual who has an exempt disability condition— the monthly rate of compensation for disability that is subject to the maximum and minimum monthly amounts under subsection
(a)shall include any augmented compensation under section 8110; and subsection
(a)shall be applied by substituting 75 percent for 66 each place it appears. 2/3 percent For a covered claim for partial disability by an employee, until the date that is 3 years after the date of enactment of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 — the monthly rate of compensation for disability that is subject to the maximum and minimum monthly amounts under subsection
(a)shall include any augmented compensation under section 8110; and subsection
(a)shall be applied by substituting 75 percent for 66 each place it appears. 2/3 percent ; and in subsection (c), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking subsection

(e)shall be applied by substituting 75 percent for 66 each place it appears. 2/3 percent . Section 8141 is amended— in subsection (b)(2)(B) by striking 75 percent and inserting 66 ; 2/3 percent (except as provided in subsection (c)) by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following: If the death occurred before the date of enactment of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 , subsection (b)(2)(B) shall be applied by substituting 75 percent for 66 . 2/3 percent .
