The purposes of this Act are— to expedite wildfire prevention projects to reduce the chances of wildfire (including catastrophic wildfire) on certain Federal land; to reduce threats to endangered species from wildfires; and to provide to the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior tools to streamline projects to reduce the potential for wildfires.
