The Center shall establish and maintain the National Adult Learning and Technology Resource Clearinghouse (referred to in this section as the Clearinghouse ). The Clearinghouse shall— develop and disseminate frameworks for technology-based learning and professional development materials for adult education, literacy, and workplace skills; develop and disseminate frameworks for performance measures for digital literacy skills; provide technical assistance to eligible entities and eligible providers of adult education, literacy, and workplace skills; support distance education for professional development for eligible entities and eligible providers of adult education, literacy, and workplace skills services; support the innovative uses of technology, such as the use of assistive technology, to deliver content to adult learners; and be accessible to the public through the website of the Center.
