Section 111 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 ( 29 U.S.C. 2821 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)(C)(vi)(I), by inserting (particularly the lead State agency officials with responsibility for the programs and activities that are described in section 121(b)(1)(B)(iii)) after 121(b) ; and in subsection (d)(2), by striking workforce investment system and inserting adult education and workforce investment system .
