Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a draft report on the expedited disposal pilot program established by the amendments made by section 3. Not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a final report on the expedited disposal pilot program established by the amendments made by section 3.
