Section 302(b)(2) of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act (22 U.S.C. 4832(b)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following: Such persons shall be drawn from bureaus or other agency sub-units that are not impacted by the incident that is the subject of the Board’s review. .
