Section 302(a) of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act (22 U.S.C. 4832(a)) is amended by inserting one of which shall be the Inspector General of the Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors, after 4 appointed by the Secretary of State, . Section 302(b)(2) of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act (22 U.S.C. 4832(b)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following: Such persons shall be drawn from bureaus or other agency sub-units that are not impacted by the incident that is the subject of the Board’s review. .
