Section 202(a)(4) of the National Housing Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1708(a)(4) ) is amended by inserting after the last sentence the following: The report shall also include an alternative stress test scenario of the Fund based on relevant assumptions used in the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review stress tests performed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The alternative stress test scenario of the Fund shall be developed by the Secretary, in consultation with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and appropriately tailored for purposes of assessing the financial status of the Fund.
A summary of the results of the alternative stress test scenario of the Fund, as well as any other stress test scenario of the Fund that may be utilized, shall be included in the report. .
