The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8001 et seq. ) is amended— in section 1405 ( 15 U.S.C. 8004 )— in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking all swimming pools constructed after the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2012 in the State and inserting all swimming pools constructed in the State after the date the State submits an application to the Commission for a grant under this section ; and in subsection (e)— by striking the first sentence and inserting the following:
There is authorized to be appropriated to the Commission such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section through fiscal year 2015. ; and in the second sentence, by striking fiscal year 2012 and inserting fiscal year 2015 ; and in section 1406(a) (15 U.S.C. 8005(a))— in paragraph (1)(A)— in clause (i), by inserting and after the semicolon; by striking clauses (ii), (iv), and
(v)and redesignating clause
(iii)as clause (ii); and in clause (ii)(III) (as so redesignated), by inserting and after the semicolon; by striking subsection
(2)and redesignating subsections
(3)and
(4)as subsections
(2)and (3), respectively; and in subsection
(3)(as so redesignated), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting paragraph (1)(B) .
