Section 114A of the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994 ( 12 U.S.C. 4713a ) is amended as follows: by amending subsection

(h)to read as follows: The provisions of this section satisfy the requirements of subsections

(b)and

(e)of section 504 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974. ; and by striking subsection (k).
