There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in section 227(a), such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in section 232(a)(1), such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in section 232(a)(2), such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.
