Section 401 ( 29 U.S.C. 781 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research and inserting National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research each place the term appears; in paragraph (2), by striking Rehabilitation Services Administration and inserting Disability Employment Services and Supports Administration ; by inserting the appropriate Assistant Secretary of the Department of Labor, after the appropriate Assistant Secretary of the Department of Education, ; and in paragraph (8), by inserting of Labor after Secretary ; and by striking subsection (c).
