Section 131 ( 29 U.S.C. 751 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Education and inserting Labor ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking Rehabilitation Services Administration and inserting Disability Employment Services and Supports Administration ; and in paragraph (2), by striking title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and inserting title II of the Workforce Investment Act of 2013 ; and in subsection (b), by striking Rehabilitation Services Administration and inserting Disability Employment Services and Supports Administration .
