Section 100(a) ( 29 U.S.C. 720(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (C), by striking gainful employment in integrated settings and inserting gainful employment in competitive integrated employment settings ; in subparagraph (D)(iii), by striking medicare and medicaid and inserting Medicare and Medicaid ; and in subparagraph (G)— by striking workforce investment systems and inserting workforce development systems ; and by striking workforce investment activities and inserting workforce development activities ; in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking workforce investment system and inserting workforce development system ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking gainful employment and inserting high quality employment that will increase opportunities for economic self-sufficiency ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (B), by striking gainful employment in integrated settings and inserting competitive integrated employment ; and in subparagraph (E), by inserting should before facilitate .
