Congress finds that education and outreach to encourage the next generation of scientists and engineers to become involved in science and space exploration is one of the Administration's most important missions. Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administration shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a plan to engage the public, including science students in elementary and secondary education programs, throughout the United States in naming the Space Launch System.
