Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Librarian of Congress may transfer up to $6,000,000 from the funds described in section 1201 of title I of this Act to the Open World Leadership Center Trust Fund for use as provided under section 313 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 (2 U.S.C. 1151). The Board of Trustees of the Open World Leadership Center may, pursuant to its authority under section 313(c)(2) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 (2 U.S.C. 1151(c)(2)), solicit, accept, and use donations to the Open World Leadership Center Trust Fund for the purpose of reimbursing the funds described in subsection
(a)for any amounts transferred to the Trust Fund under subsection (a). This Act may be cited as the . Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2014
