Any reference to the Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Bureau to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. Any reference to the Director of the Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Assistant Secretary of the Bureau to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons.
