Section 10009(c)(2) of the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act ( Public Law 111–11 ; 123 Stat. 1356) is amended by striking October 1, 2019, all funds in the Fund shall be available for expenditure without further appropriation. and inserting October 1, 2014, all funds in the Fund shall be available for expenditure on an annual basis in an amount not to exceed $40,000,000 without further appropriation. in lieu thereof.
