Section 24 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437v ) is amended— in subsection (m)(1), by striking fiscal year and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting fiscal year 2014. ; and in subsection (o), by striking September and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting September 30, 2014. .
