Sections 203 and 209 of division C of Public Law 112–55 (125 Stat. 693–694) shall apply during fiscal year 2014 as if such sections were included in this title, except that during such fiscal year such sections shall be applied by substituting fiscal year 2014 for fiscal year 2011 and fiscal year 2012 each place such terms appear.
