Section 1339 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4569) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking pursuant to section 1337 and inserting pursuant to section 401 of the ; and Housing Finance Reform and Taxpayer Protection Act of 2013 in subsection (h), by striking paragraph (7).
