Subsection (b)(1) of section 1207 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1625; 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking forces, and and inserting forces, or ; and in subparagraph (A)— by striking and the second place it appears and inserting or ; and by striking ; and and inserting ; or .
