Section 22(c)(11) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 649(c)(11) ) is amended by inserting , which shall include conducting not fewer that 1 outreach event each fiscal year in each State that promotes exporting as a business development opportunity for small business concerns before the semicolon.
