Nothing in this Act— repeals, supersedes, or modifies any provision of— the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 201 et seq. ); the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 301 et seq. ); the Plant Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 7701 et seq. ); the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8301 et seq. ); the Animal Welfare Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2131 et seq. ); or the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.); or authorizes any action with respect to the importation of any plant pest, including a biological control agent, under the Federal Plant Pest Act (7 U.S.C. 150aa et seq.), to the extent that the importation is subject to regulation under that Act.
