Section 2101(1) ( 20 U.S.C. 6601(1) ) is amended to read as follows: increase student achievement through strategies such as— improving teacher, school librarian, and principal quality; and increasing the number of highly effective teachers in the classroom, highly effective school librarians in the library, and highly effective principals and assistant principals in the school; and .
