Section 1112(c)(1) ( 20 U.S.C. 6312(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (N), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (O), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: assist each school served by the agency and assisted under this part in developing effective school library programs consistent with section 1111(b)(8)(E). .
