Paragraph (18)(B) of section 771 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1677(18)(B) ) is amended— in clause (v), by striking and at the end; by redesignating clause

(vi)as clause (vii); and by inserting after clause

(v)the following: whether the currency of the foreign country is designated, or has been designated at any time over the 5 years prior to review of nonmarket economy status, a currency for priority action pursuant to section 4(a)(3) of the Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act of 2013 , and .
