Section 7207 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7517 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(6)as paragraphs
(2)through (7), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph
(2)(as redesignated by paragraph (1)) the following: The term community consultation means a public gathering— to discuss Native Hawaiian education concerns; and about which the public has been given not less than 30 days notice. .
