Sec. 4. Abolishment of Export-Import Bank of the United States

The Bank is abolished on the date that is 3 years after the date of the enactment of this Act (in this Act referred to as the abolishment date ). Effective on the abolishment date, the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635 et seq. ) is repealed.
