Section 305 of the National Assessment of Educational Progress Authorization Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9624 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection

(b)as subsection (c); and by inserting after subsection

(a)the following: For the purpose of administering the State assessments under this title, there are authorized to be appropriated $72,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
