Title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq. ) is amended— by striking the title heading and inserting the following: ; Supporting Successful, Well-Rounded Students by redesignating subpart 3 of part A as subpart 1 of part G of title IX, as added by section 9104(a) of this Act, and transferring such subpart 1 so as to follow the part heading of such part G as added by section 9104(a) of this Act; by redesignating section 4141 as section 9701; by redesignating part C as subpart 2 of part G of title IX, as added by section 9104(a) of this Act, and transferring such subpart 2 so as to follow subpart 1 of part G of title IX, as redesignated by paragraph (2); by redesignating sections 4301, 4302, 4303, and 4304, as sections 9721, 9722, 9723, and 9724, respectively; in section 9721, as redesignated by paragraph (5), by striking part and inserting subpart ; in section 9722, as redesignated by paragraph (5)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking part and inserting subpart ; and in paragraph (2)(B), by striking part and inserting subpart ; in section 9723(e)(3), by striking the matter following subparagraph
(B)and inserting the following: such other matters as justice may require. ; and in section 9724, as redesignated by paragraph (5), by striking part both places the term appears and inserting subpart .
