Section 1421 (20 U.S.C. 6451) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting , including correctional facilities in the State operated by the Secretary of the Interior and Indian tribes after facilities ; in paragraph (1), by striking , training, employment, or further education and inserting and college and career readiness (as determined based on the State college and career ready academic content and student academic achievement standards under section 1111(a)(1)) ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting , including schools funded by the Bureau of Indian Education, after schools .
