Section 1301 ( 20 U.S.C. 6391 ) is amended to read as follows: It is the purpose of this part to assist States in providing high-quality and comprehensive educational programs (including, as appropriate, instructional and educationally related support services), during the regular school year and summer or intersession periods, that address the unique educational needs of migratory children arising from their migratory lifestyle, in order to help such children— succeed in school; meet the same State college and career ready academic content and student academic achievement standards under section 1111(a)(1) that all children are expected to meet; graduate high school ready for postsecondary education and careers; and overcome educational disruption, cultural and language barriers, social isolation, various health-related problems, and other factors that inhibit the ability of such children to succeed in school. .
