(5)of section 153(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Doctrine, training, and education ; Joint force development activities in subparagraph (B), by inserting and technical standards, and executing actions after policies ; in subparagraph (C), by striking and training ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: Formulating policies for concept development and experimentation for the joint employment of the armed forces. Formulating policies for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned for the armed forces. .
