Subsection

(b)of section 1081 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 168 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking September 30, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2017 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2012, 2013, or 2014 and inserting a fiscal year ending on or before that date . Subsection (c)(4) of such section is amended by striking carried out such by such and inserting carried out by such .
