Subsection
(c)of section 1599c of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking December 31, 2015 both places it appears and inserting December 31, 2020 . Such section is further amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection (c), as amended by subsection (a), as subsection (b). Subsection (a)(2)(A) of such section is amended by striking sections 3304, 5333, and 5753 of title 5 and inserting section 3304 of title 5 .
