Section 122 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ) is amended by striking subsection (b). Section 806 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 ( Public Law 109–163 ; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is repealed.
