Section 1021 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( Public Law 108–375 ; 118 Stat. 2042), as most recently amended by section 1010 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112–239; 126 Stat. 1907), is further amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking In fiscal years 2005 through 2013 and inserting During the period ending on December 31, 2016 ; and in subsection (c), by striking in fiscal years 2005 through 2013 and inserting during the period ending on December 31, 2016, .
