The Assistant Secretary for Aging of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of Labor, shall study the feasibility of transferring the program carried out under title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3056 et seq.) to the Administration on Aging. Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Assistant Secretary and the Secretary shall submit a report containing the results of the study to the appropriate committees of Congress.
