Section 514 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3056l ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by striking individuals with greatest economic need, individuals with greatest social need, and inserting individuals with greatest economic need, individuals with greatest social need (with particular attention to individuals with factors listed in section 102(26)(B)), ; and in subsection (e)(1), by striking minority and all that follows through economic need, and inserting individuals with greatest economic need, individuals with greatest social need, .
