Part A of title IV of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032 et seq. ), as amended by section 405, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall award a grant to or enter into a cooperative agreement with a public or private nonprofit entity to establish a National Resource Center on Family Caregiving (referred to in this section as the Center ). The Assistant Secretary shall develop and issue operating standards and reporting requirements for the Center established under subsection (a). There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section, $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
