Section 411 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (12), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating paragraph
(13)as paragraph (14); and by inserting after paragraph
(12)the following: supporting programs that enable the mobility and self-sufficiency of older individuals with the greatest economic need and older individuals with the greatest social need by providing transportation services and resources; and ; and in subsection (b), by striking for fiscal years 2007 and all that follows through 2011 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
