Section 303 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3023 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part B (relating to supportive services) such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; by striking subsection
(b)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out subpart 1 of part C (relating to congregate nutrition services) such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out subpart 2 of part C (relating to home delivered nutrition services) such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part D (relating to disease prevention and health promotion services) such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; and by striking subsection
(e)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part E (relating to family caregiver support) such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
