Section 301(a)(2) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3021(a)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (E), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: Federally qualified health centers, as defined in sections 1861(aa)(4) and 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)(4) , 1396d(l)(2)(B)). .
