Section 212(b)(3) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3020c(b)(3)) is amended— by striking social need, and inserting social need (with particular attention to individuals with factors listed in section 102(26)(B)) or ; and by striking , or an older and all that follows through placement . Section 215(j) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3020e–1(j) ) is amended by striking section 216 and inserting section 217 .
