Section 30 (15 U.S.C. 2629) is amended by striking paragraph

(2)and inserting the following: the number of notices received during each year under section 5; and the number of the notices described in subparagraph

(A)for chemical substances subject to a rule, testing consent agreement, or order under section 4(f); .
